All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window for unopened products in their original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Items not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

7. Rewards Program

Points Earning

Members earn points on qualifying purchases (5% back, 100 points = $1). Points can be redeemed on future orders.

KA Mates Referral Program

Refer a friend and both of you receive $5 credit. You also earn 50 points every time your referred friend makes a purchase. Points and referral benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
