By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

3. Orders & Pricing

Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without notice.

Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we ship the products to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Afterpay

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 to Australian addresses. For detailed shipping information, please see our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window for unopened products in their original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Items not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

7. Rewards Program

Points Earning

Members earn points on qualifying purchases (1% back, 100 points = $1). Points can be redeemed as store credit on future orders with no minimum redemption amount.

KA Mates Referral Program

Refer a friend and both of you receive 500 points ($5 value). You also earn 50% of your referred friend's shopping points every time they make a purchase. There is no limit on the number of referrals or the amount of referral points you can earn. Points and referral benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Points Expiration

Points earned from your own purchases (shopping points) expire 365 days from the date they are earned. Points earned from referral commissions (when your referred friends make purchases) expire 180 days from the date they are earned. Sign-up bonus points follow the same expiration as referral commission points (180 days). Expired points will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated. KASHOP reserves the right to modify the rewards program terms, including expiration periods, at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of KASHOP and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KASHOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
