2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account or using our Track Order page.
4. Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- In their original, unopened, and sealed condition
- With all original packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
5. How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and go to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Print the prepaid return label ($9.95, deducted from refund)
- Drop off at your nearest Australia Post outlet
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs ($9.95) will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
